She also provides comprehensive advice in these areas, including the drafting of legal documents and Letters Before Action.

Ancillary Relief. With substantial experience in both High Court and County Court claims, Robina handles cases of varying value, from small to high-stakes claims. Her expertise extends from initial appearances to appeals and encompasses cases involving overseas assets and employments, freezing injunctions, setting aside disposition applications, inter-family trusts, third-party interests, pre-nuptial, pre-separation, and post-separation agreements, pension equalization, foreign marriages, and divorces.
